What you get:
This 4-part Summer School is designed to help you understand your body in a way that actually makes sense, no prior knowledge required.

Each session breaks down a different system of the body, giving you practical insight into how you move, breathe, feel, and function every day.

Inside the series:
Anatomy of Structure (MSK Lab)
Understand the architecture of your body - bones, joints, and muscles - and how they work together to support you. You'll begin to see why your body moves the way it does (and why it sometimes doesn't).

Anatomy of Breathing (Respiratory Lab)
Explore how you breathe beyond "inhale/exhale". Learn how your breath influences energy, focus, and regulation - and why it's one of the most powerful tools you already have.

Anatomy of Feeling (Nervous System Lab)
Get to know the system that shapes your experiences. You'll learn how your body interprets stress, safety, and sensation - and how this impacts how you feel day to day.

Anatomy of Movement (Fascia & Lymph Lab)
Discover the connective systems that support fluid movement and overall health. Understand how your body distributes force, adapts to stress, and maintains internal balance.

Each session builds upon the last, layering your understanding into a more complete picture of how your body functions.

With a background in anatomy and years working closely with the human body, this series is designed to make complex systems feel clear, accessible, and immediately relevant.
If you're ready to understand your body in a different way, I'd love to have you inside.

THis is for you if:
-
You've felt like there's more to your body than what you've been told
-
You enjoy understanding the "why", not just being told what to do
-
You're curious, reflective, and willing to see your body differently
THis is not for you if:
-
You're looking for a follow-along movement class
-
You want quick fixes or step-by-step prescriptions
-
You'd rather be told what to do than understand what's happening
